Meet Jim: I started this program on January 9th, 2012 with my daughter Erika. We both needed to lose over 100 pounds. I have been on many diets, fen-phen, metabolife, quick weight loss center, Atkins, the grapefruit diet, etc. Detox after detox. I would always lose weight but would cheat and fall off.
