Eating a healthy and balanced diet is something I have struggled with most of my adult life. Last year I finally had enough. I started intensive research into what is truly healthy (no quick weight loss diets, but eating the right foods, enough of them and having energy all day long) and experimented a lot. While doing this I realized that no one else can write my meal plan. Because nobody knows as well as Iâ€m what I like, how much time I have each day for cooking and how my budget looks like.
