You see the problems with cereal toast OJ and those damn cereal bars are that they are all fast acting carbs and often full of sugar. This was exactly 8 months ago I weighed about 95.2 kg/210 lbs. I expect this year to reach the same bodyfat at 98 kg. I’ve been dieting for about 3 weeks now and I can’t lie about it. The diet really hit me last week. My mental productivity as well as my strength in the gym took a slight hit. And I’m dieting at about 2900 calories which is pretty high for the average person. I lost about 5 kg during this period. But I’m now taking the 4th week as a diet break and I want to drop a quick research showing why this strategy is better for weight loss. There is a 2003 paper by Wing RR and Jeffery RW. And what they found is that whether you diet someone for 20 weeks straight or if you give them 6 weeks diet break in the middle of the weeks or if you give 3 evenly spaced 2 weeks diet break. At the end of the 20 weeks you’ll see the same weight loss which is pretty surprising to say the least. And from experience I can surely tell that after a few weeks of dieting one’s metabolism slows down ...

This week has been all about the Water all about the Water No Mercy! Who Crushes their Daily Water Intake with Ease? NOT this Girl! I find It so Strange when I hear people say they Forget to Eat because my Life is quite literally based around my Scheduled Eating Times but when It comes to Drinking if I dont force myself to think about It I could truthfully go an entire day without any. This is likely one of the reason Ive feel like I am so frequently retaining water especially after the weekends of being In the Sun. Not only does your body hold water when it isnt getting enough of It It will continue to do so until you consistently drink the amount you should be. On top of that being in the heat and hormonal changes can prevent water from properly leaving the body. You can literally wake up 5 or more pounds heavier just from water retention. It may not happen as quickly as we would like at times But the retention does comes off. The most important way to help shred the extra fluid is...
